About Me

I am filled with gratitude for having sensed my calling to help others at such a young age. Throughout my life, the challenge of finding a sense of safety and belonging in the world has been a constant struggle. Even in crowded rooms, I often felt a profound sense of loneliness, which at times transformed pain into deep suffering. I ultimately channeled my own pain into a source of motivation, intending to become a beacon of light for others — a presence I longed for but never had.

Driven by this deep desire, I listened to my intuition and moved across the country at 18 years old to begin studying psychology and following this calling to help others. This mission became my lifeline, offering guidance even in the darkest moments and inspiring me to pursue my dreams and create a life filled with meaning and purpose. Every day, I am thankful that I listened to this soul-calling.

As I continued to learn, grow, and practice, I felt a persistent knowing: understanding the mind was only part of the story. Something deeper was asking to be explored — the roots of trauma, the wisdom of the body, and the many ways healing can unfold beyond words alone.

So I kept learning. And more importantly, I kept healing.

My professional path has always been deeply intertwined with my personal journey. It has been an intense exploration, unearthing and healing the impacts of childhood trauma, early life experiences, past life and ancestral imprints. I have lived through CPTSD, debilitating social anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm, substance use, toxic relationships, chronic shame, low self-worth, dissociation, disembodiment, and spending much of life in survival mode. The list goes on. I feel as though I have plunged into the depths of darkness, spent time in the underworld, moved through deaths, initiations, and dark nights of the soul — and each time, found my way back.

My personal healing journey provides the foundation of deep understanding, wisdom, and compassion that I bring into my work with others.

I am fuelled by an insatiable curiosity, a desire to understand how we heal, always learning from life, meaningful trainings, books, conversations, and my work with clients. I follow the guidance of my body, soul, and heart, which has led me to explore and learn many integrative healing modalities. The learning never ends. And I absolutely love it.

Currently my journey looks like.. attending therapy, deepening my intuition and energy work, focusing on creating community and learning to up-level my relationships, healing the layers that hide my authentic self, facing my fears of shining brightly and being seen by more of the world, and being a cycle-breaker of generational trauma. This includes... speaking up, crying, laughing, learning, getting angry,  connecting with nature, animals, and the divine, and learning to care for my inner child. Some days my self-care and spiritual practice looks like journaling, meditation, ecstatic dance, or pulling oracle cards. Other days it’s barefoot walks, resting without needing to be productive, or listening to the same song on repeat.

Solterra Healing Temple is the living convergence of everything I’ve learned through formal education, years of work with clients, personal trauma healing, spiritual awakening, and the ongoing practice of being human.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me immersed in a book (or a few!), relaxing in a café with an iced coffee in hand, cooking, singing and dancing my heart out, travelling, listening to podcasts on spirituality, trauma healing, astrology, and other mystical topics, spending time near water, and soaking up moments of sunshine.
