• a deep-dive, body-oriented healing program •
We must learn to listen to and trust our body's internal wisdom, as it holds the key to our healing.
- Peter Levine
I'm so glad you are here
Since I began my work with clients, I have been drawn to learning about the body — its signals, wisdom, and stories. Chronic tension, pain, fatigue, or recurring symptoms are not random; they are intelligent expressions of a nervous system that has adapted and protected you over time.
I created the 'body-based healing intensive' for clients who are ready to bring more focus and intention into healing their physical concerns and symptoms. It is a place to explore the patterns behind their symptoms rather than simply managing them.
My approach is integrative, intuitive, and trauma-informed, weaving together:
Somatic & body-based healing
Nervous system support
IFS, parts work, inner child healing
Energy & soul healing
Each client brings their own patterns, and the work we do may blend multiple approaches—or focus on one main modality—based on what your body needs: We will discuss this before we begin, and assess as we go.
I bring my years of professional training alongside my own personal healing journey, holding the body, mind, heart, and soul as equal portals into transformation. This program is both an opportunity for you to engage in deep, embodied healing and for me to learn, explore, and refine ways to help people with body-based symptoms more effectively.
Because of the nature of this program: Spaces are limited and clients for this program are selected very intentionally to ensure a right-fit for this healing process.

This healing intensive is designed to . . .
-
Explore tension, pain, or fatigue in the body
-
Notice and work with stress-related patterns affecting the body
-
Deepen awareness of areas where the body holds emotion, habitual protection, or chronic discomfort
-
Address chronic pain, headaches, migraines, or tension-based conditions
-
Attend to patterns of sleep disturbances, insomnia, or difficulty relaxing when trying to fall asleep
-
Explore digestive issues or other gut-related patterns in relation to body and nervous system awareness
-
Work with women’s reproductive health patterns
-
Investigate recurring symptoms and their nervous system, emotional, or energetic roots

This Body‑Based Healing Intensive is an intentional space to explore what becomes possible when we meet a specific physical or health‑related concern with consistent, devoted attention.
This is not a quick fix.
This is not symptom suppression.
This is a collaborative inquiry into healing.
This is a structured and focused healing container designed for individuals who feel a clear yes to focusing primarily on a somatic, body‑based, or health‑related issue.
Unlike traditional therapy—where many areas of life are explored simultaneously—this program is intentionally focused. We hold a clear and strong focus. We return to the body again and again, allowing patterns to reveal themselves over time.
