I’m deeply grateful to have sensed my calling to help others from a young age. For much of my life, the search for safety, belonging, and connection shaped my inner world. Even in full rooms, I often felt alone — and over time, that loneliness became a teacher. I didn’t turn away from my pain. I listened to it. And eventually, I let it guide me. I channeled my own suffering into purpose, holding a quiet intention to become the compassionate presence I once longed for myself.

That devotion led me to psychology early on — beginning in high school, continuing through a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a graduate diploma in art therapy, and a master’s degree in counselling psychology. But alongside my formal education, I felt a persistent knowing: understanding the mind was only part of the story. Something deeper was asking to be explored — the roots of trauma, the wisdom of the body, and the many ways healing can unfold beyond words alone.

So I kept learning. And more importantly, I kept healing.

My professional path has always been intertwined with my personal journey. I have lived through CPTSD, debilitating social anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm, substance use, toxic relational patterns, shame, low self-worth, dissociation, dis-embodiment, and years spent in survival mode. I have known darkness intimately — the kind that initiates you, breaks you open, asks you to die and be reborn more than once. And somehow, again and again, I found my way back.

about me

Alongside ongoing therapy, I was drawn toward alternative and spiritual healing modalities that brought profound shifts — not just intellectually, but somatically, emotionally, and energetically. I trained in hypnotherapy, Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis, and Theta Healing, while also immersing myself in inner child healing, parts and shadow work, soul retrieval, shamanic-inspired journeying, and nervous-system-informed practices. I learned not only from teachers and trainings, but from my own lived experience.

Over time, my intuitive and energetic gifts began to open more fully. I felt a clear invitation to trust this unfolding and to allow my work to evolve beyond what I could have ever imagined.

Solterra Healing Temple is the living convergence of everything I’ve learned: formal education, years of professional work with clients, personal trauma healing, spiritual awakening, and the ongoing practice of being human.

My learning and healing journey continues — through reading, connecting with nature, grief, joy, anger, laughter, making "mistakes", devotion to reparenting my inner child, facing my fears, and learning how to live in authenticity. Some days my practice looks like meditation, connecting to the divine, cacao ceremonies, and tarot cards. Other days it’s dancing in the mirror, barefoot walks, eating fries with my younger self, and resting without "productivity".

When I’m not working, you’ll find me immersed in a book with an iced coffee in a café, cooking at home while listening to a podcast, singing and dancing my heart out, spending time near water, and soaking up sunlight whenever I can.

Thank you for being here, and for taking a moment to witness my journey. I’m honored to walk alongside you on the path back home to yourself.

Education, Training, & Experience

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Graduate-Level Diploma in Art Therapy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Over the years, I have deepened my studies through a wide range of therapy and alternative healing modalities.

My additional trainings and certifications include: Somatic Soul-Based Trauma Therapy, Heart-Centered Clinical Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) across Clinical Applications, The Coherence Therapy & Memory Reconsolidation Introductory Course, Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy Level 1, and Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis (BQH).

I’ve also trained extensively in yoga, including 200-Hour Ashtanga, Yin, Anatomy, and Advanced Vinyasa. I have my Usui Reiki Level One, and I have completed 7 Theta Healing® courses (Basic DNA, Advanced DNA, Dig Deeper, You and the Creator, Intuitive Anatomy (A deep dive into intuitive body-based healing), You and Your Significant Other, and Soulmates), as well as completing the Rose Priestess Academy with the Magdalene Rose Temple.

I am currently learning how to practice Flower Essence Therapy through the FES Flower Essence Practitioner program. I am excited to bring this potent healing modality into this work.

In addition to trainings, I also have endless hours of self-study, and personal experience of trauma and spiritual healing. I am here with you not only as a guide, but a fellow human and soul on this journey of healing and growing. My personal experience of healing provides me invaluable wisdom that I bring into my work.

Through this combination of psychology, somatic therapy, energy healing, spiritual work, and more, I’ve created a holistic approach that meets women wherever they are, helping them reconnect to their body, nervous system, energy, and inner wisdom in a safe and transformative way.
