Are all offerings virtual? Are there in-person offerings?

Currently all individual sessions and group offerings are online through zoom. Our vision is to have in-person sessions and events at some point in the future. :)
What are the booking, rescheduling, cancellation and refund policies?

All purchases (single sessions, events, memberships, etc) are final sale and non-refundable. There is a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for session bookings.
How long are sessions and what is the price?

What can I expect during a session?

In an integrative energy healing session: We begin the session by checking in about what is present for you and setting our intention. Then, for the rest of the session you can lay down comfortably in your own space to receive. You are welcome to set up your space in a relaxing and comforting way. I can provide music, you can play your own music in your space, or we can do a quiet session. You can expect a combination of talking about what is coming up, guided imagery and visualization practices, and quietly resting and receiving depending on what is arising in the healing, and your desires and intentions for the session. We end with time to de-brief and integrate the healing.
I purchased a recorded session. What can I expect?

Thank you for purchasing a recorded healing session. What to expect: All recorded sessions are created speficially for you. These are not pre-recorded, mass-produced sessions. I will look over your order form to learn more about your intentions and what is present for you. Within 2 weeks of your order date you will receive a link to your personalized recorded healing session via email. You are welcome to download it and listen to it in your own timing. I recommend setting up a comfortable, quiet, and private space. You may feel called to listen and receive multiple times. Trust your intuition. Give yourself time to integrate.
Are we able to work together if I live in another country?

I am able to work with clients across all provinces in Canada (Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, PEI, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland & Labrador), and worldwide.
